As a non-technical person, I can’t speak to his web programming knowledge. But I can speak to his willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, even when it requires late nights and weekend hours. He’s also funny and personable in a way that makes him easy to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen for one year at the Renegade Communications. Stephen’s ability to handle multiple projects while still finding time to guide me through my professional development was unlike any I’ve seen before in my peer group. As a Direct Response Marketer at the time, I was developing basic web design and coding skills. No matter how busy his day, Stephen went above and beyond to ensure his work and my learning experience were of the highest quality.

Stephen was an absolute rockstar to work with. As a client manager, I had to collaborate with Stephen regularly on multiple fast-moving client projects that required creativity and organization. Stephen is an asset to any company lucky enough to have him. While we're technically not on the same team, I work across departments, so we've worked in the same capacity together many times.

This guy knows his stuff. He's the sort of person that will work hard all day and then spend his evenings refining his craft because he loves what he does. I've lost count of the number of times he's come into my office in the morning to show me some slick technique he'd perfected or a server optimization he'd learned. He knows how to engineer clean, solid websites that perform on par with the best in the industry.

He simply lives and breathes this stuff.

Plus he's a super nice guy with a strong work ethic. He regularly log considerable overtime for the company when needed to make sure we hit deadlines. And he does it without complaining because he's committed to making sure the job is done right.

His dedication to quality and performance has already left its mark. He's suggested new workflows and performance enhancements that were accepted and integrated into our SOPs. In many ways, he has his finger on the pulse of modern web design trends and best practices more firmly than anyone else in his department, including his direct report.

In short, Stephen is an eminently talented guy without the bloated ego that often accompanies skill sets of his caliber. He's easy to work with, smart as a whip, and dedicated to doing the best work he can.
